The other day I shared red flags to look out for when hiring a listing agent, today let's talk about red flags to look out for when looking at homes

🚩 The price is low - suspiciously low.
🚩 Signs of alot of 'DIY'
🚩 It smells damp, musty, or like an overload of air freshener.
🚩 Several of the neighbouring houses are for sale.
🚩 Water stains on the ceiling.
